Before work begins
If you cancel a project before any creative or development work has started, you receive a full refund of any advance payment made for that project.
Work in progress
If you cancel after work has begun, the portion of work already completed is invoiced at the agreed rate and any remaining balance is refunded.
Completed deliverables
Once final deliverables have been delivered and accepted within the agreed scope, the project is considered complete and payment is non-refundable. Technical issues or missed scope items are corrected at no additional cost when reported promptly.
Monthly retainers
Website Maintenance and Digital Design Support fees are billed in advance for the current billing period and are non-refundable once the period has started. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
