Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in a written proposal or statement of work before work begins.
Starting prices
Prices listed on this website are starting points. Final quotes depend on project scope, page count, complexity, integrations, and revision requirements. Each engagement receives a fixed scope before design or development starts.
Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, necessary access credentials, brand materials, and content required for the project. Delays in providing materials may shift delivery dates.
Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment for the agreed scope, the client receives ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for their project. Alma De Colibri LLC retains ownership of pre-existing tools, methods, and generic components unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Revisions
Each project includes the number of revision rounds specified in the proposal. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Limitation of liability
Alma De Colibri LLC's total liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
